We want you and your loved ones to be entirely happy with every "second wish" you get from Secondwish. We are ready to help you with a clear and swift return process if you are not completely happy with your order.
1. Time to Return
30-Day Policy: You have 30 days from the day you get your order to ask for a refund.
Eligible Items: To be able to return an item, it must be in its original packing, unopened, and with all of its labels still attached.
2. Things that can't be returned
To keep things clean and make sure presents are one of a kind, the following goods can't be returned:

Personalized Items: Things that have names or designs printed on them just for you.

Hygiene Products: Things like socks, jewelry, or other personal goods that have been opened.

Gift Cards: Gift cards that are electronic.
3. How to start a return
To start the return procedure, please do the following:

Please send an email to info@secondwish.us with the subject line "Return Request - [Order Number]."

If the item is broken or damaged in shipping, send us pictures of it.

We will email you comprehensive directions on where to send the item back after your request is approved.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping.
Shipping that can't be refunded: The original shipping cost (if there was one) can't be refunded.
We suggest choosing a shipping service with a tracking number to make sure your shipment gets there securely.
5. Refunds
After we get the item back and check it, we will email you to let you know if your refund request has been granted or denied.
Processing Time: If your request is approved, the refund will automatically go back to the payment method you used within 5 to 10 business days.
6. Items that are broken or wrong
Please get in touch with us right away if you get a broken, wrong, or defective goods. As a sincere apologies, we will pay for everything to send you the right replacement.
