1. Services for wrapping gifts and sending cards

At Secondwish, we recognize that the way a present is wrapped is just as essential as the gift itself. These guidelines are in place to make sure you have the best time:

• Service Fees: * Standard Packaging: All orders come with our eco-friendly standard packaging at no extra cost.
  
  • Premium Gift Wrapping: If you pay more, you can get detailed gift wrapping with high-quality paper, ribbons, and embellishments. At checkout, this fee will be very evident.
    
  • Greeting Cards: Every "Gift" order comes with a complimentary digital or handwritten card.
    
• Policy on Message Content: We can refuse to print or write any message that contains anything that is illegal, defamatory, vulgar, threatening, racist, or otherwise not appropriate. If this happens, we will contact the buyer to modify the message or send the order without a card.
  
• We put a lot of effort into making sure that the pictures of our products are correct. Please remember that the actual color, texture, or shade of the ribbons and present wrap may not be exactly what you see on our website. This is due of how the pictures were taken or how your monitor is set up.
  

2. Billing and Privacy (Buyer vs. Receiver)

Secondwish observes certain principles to protect the surprises and privacy of our clients and gift recipients:

• Gift Invoicing (No Price Tag): If you choose "Gift" or "Direct Shipping to Recipient," we promise that the package will not have a real invoice or packing slip with the price on it. The buyer's email address will only get an electronic tax bill.
  
• Recipient Data Protection: We care about the privacy of your loved ones. We only use the buyer's name, shipping address, and phone number to send the package.
  
  • Secondwish will never use the recipient's information for advertising, marketing, or promotional newsletters, and they will never share it with third parties for these purposes without the recipient's specific permission.
    
  • The buyer is responsible for ensuring sure they have the right to send us the recipient's information so we can fill the order.
