We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

If you need your order urgently, we have expedited shipping options starting from $4.99.

How long is order processing time?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday will begin processing on the same day.

Does Secondwish offer international shipping?
Currently, we only serve customers in the US market and do not support international shipping.

3. Returns & Refunds

What is the store's return policy?
We apply a return policy within 30 days of you receiving the item.

Which products are not eligible for return?
For hygiene reasons and due to the nature of gifts, personalized products or items such as socks with opened packaging are not eligible for return.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?
Please take a photo of the defective product and email it to info@secondwish.us immediately so we can assist in sending a free replacement.

4. Regarding Gifts & Products

Are the gift boxes exactly as pictured?
Yes, we guarantee that gift boxes like the "Vanilla Spa Set" or "Appreciation Box" will include all the necessary components (such as journal, mug, candle, tumbler) and will be neatly packaged as shown in the pictures.

Can I send the gift directly to the recipient?
Absolutely! Simply fill in the recipient's address in the "Shipping Address" section during checkout. We will not include a price invoice in the gift box to ensure the element of surprise.
